1 cup Enchanted Rock Blueberry Vodka
25 packets of powdered gelatin
1 cup Blueberry Juice
⅓ cup Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
9 mini Graham Cracker Crumb Crusts

Pour in Enchanted Rock Blueberry Vodka into a medium mixing bowl and then sprinkle in the gelatin packets over the top.

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the blueberry juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat until you see steam. Then carefully whisk in the vodka and gelatin mix.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Carefully pour the liquid into the pie crusts.

Put into the refrigerator for four hours.

When it is time to serve, top with whipped cream.
