In order to truly embrace the spirit of Texas in our Texas spirits, we produce Rebecca Creek Fine Texas Whiskey®, a blend of aged whiskeys, bourbons, and limestone-filtered water from the Edwards Aquifer that’s sourced at Rebecca Creek Distillery.
Our vodka is produced in small, hand-crafted batches using a copper distillation system. The vodka undergoes the functional equivalent of 10 distillations to produce a clean, neutral base while retaining the sweetness that comes from the use of premium midwestern corn.
