Cucumber Cooler
Ingredients:

2 oz Enchanted Rock Cucumber Vodka
-
1 oz fresh lime juice
-
1 oz simple syrup
-
3-4 cucumber slices
-
Club soda
-
Ice
-
Cucumber wheel
Instructions:
-
Muddle the cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker.
-
Add the Enchanted Rock Cucumber Vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
-
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
-
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
-
Top with club soda and garnish with a cucumber wheel before serving.
Rebecca’s Milk Punch
Rebecca’s Milk Punch
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups whole milk
-
2 cups Rebecca Creek Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
-
1/2 cup simple syrup
-
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Process for one cocktail:
-
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
-
Fill with ice, put on the lid, and shake until cold.
-
Strain the concoction into a lowball glass.
-
Garnish, if you’d like, with freshly grated nutmeg on top and a star anise.
Pitcher Variation (makes 8 servings):

In a pitcher, combine 2 1/2 cups of whole milk, 2 cups of Rebecca Creek Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, 1/2 cup of simple syrup, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.

Give it a good stir and then pour over ice into lowball glasses.

Ingredients:

2 oz Rebecca Creek Whiskey
-
2 dashes Bitters
-
1 Splash of Water
-
1 Orange Wedge
-
1 Maraschino Cherry
-
0.50 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions:

Mix sugar, water and angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
-
Drop in a cherry and an orange wedge.
-
Muddle into a paste using a muddler or the back end of a spoon.
-
Pour in Rebecca Creek Whiskey, fill with ice cubes, and stir.

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Enchanted Rock Vodka
-
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
-
¾ oz Simple Syrup
-
¾ oz Lime Juice
-
1 Mint Leaf
-
1 Basil Leaf
-
1 Fresh Strawberry
Instructions:

In a large glass muddle the strawberries, mint and basil together.

Pour in the Enchanted Rock Texas Vodka and the Elderflower Liqueur.
-
Add Simple Syrup and Lime Juice.
-
Use a cocktail stirrer to mix ingredients together over ice in a rocks glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz Enchanted Rock Vodka

¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
-
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
-
2 sprigs of mint leaves
-
2 oz Prosecco
Instructions:

Add Enchanted Rock Vodka along with Elderflower Liqueur and Lemon juice together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for a few seconds and then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
-
Top off with Procecco.
-
Garnish with the two sprigs of mint leaves.

Ingredients:

2 oz Enchanted Rock Vodka

1 oz Simple Syrup

¾ oz Lemon Juice

3 drops Tabasco

Fresh Cilantro
Instructions:

Take the cilantro and muddle it in a glass thoroughly.

Add Enchanted Rock Vodka into the glass.
-
Then pour in the simple syrup, lemon juice, and Tabasco.

Give it a light stir.

1 oz Sweet and Sour

1 ½ oz Orange Juice

1 ½ oz Cranberry Juice

Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Pour from the cocktail shaker into a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with the lemon wedge.

1 ½ oz Orange Juice

1 ½ oz Cranberry Juice

Pour all of the ingredients together into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
-
Strain into a glass with ice, and garnish how you’d like with a piece of fruit or whatever you wish.

1.25 oz Enchanted Rock Watermelon Vodka

0.75 oz Enchanted Rock Blueberry Vodka

0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions:

Mix all of the liquid ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
-
Pour mixed ingredients into either a martini glass or a cocktail glass with ice.
-
Spruce up your drink with some cotton candy as a garnish.

Ingredients:

1 cup Enchanted Rock Blueberry Vodka
-
25 packets of powdered gelatin
-
1 cup Blueberry Juice
-
⅓ cup Sugar
-
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
-
9 mini Graham Cracker Crumb Crusts
-
1 cup Whipped Cream
Instructions:
-
Pour in Enchanted Rock Blueberry Vodka into a medium mixing bowl and then sprinkle in the gelatin packets over the top.
-
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the blueberry juice and sugar.
-
Cook over medium heat until you see steam.
-
Carefully whisk in the vodka and gelatin mix.
-
Stir in the vanilla extract.
-
Carefully pour the liquid into the pie crusts.
-
Put into the refrigerator for four hours.
-
When it is time to serve, top with whipped cream.
Note: This recipe is not for anyone under the age of 21. It contains one shot of Enchanted Rock Vodka per pie slice.

1 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Sweet and Sour mix

¼ oz Midori
Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker full of ice.

Shake well for a few seconds until all of the ingredients are mixed well together.

Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 ½ oz Texas Ranger Peanut Butter Cup Whiskey

¾ oz Chambord
-
1 oz of club soda
Instructions:

Pour in the Texas Ranger Peanut Butter Cup Whiskey and then the Chambord into a 6 ounce glass with either crushed or cubed ice.

Top off your cocktail with a pinch of salt if you desire and pour in optional club soda.

1 ½ oz Texas Ranger Peanut Butter Cup Whiskey

¾ oz Chocolate Liqueur
Instructions:

Dip a martini glass into a light amount of caramel sauce and then sprinkle a light amount of sea salt on the caramel.

Stir and mix Texas Ranger Peanut Butter Cup Whiskey and chocolate liqueur into a glass and mix together.

Strain into a martini glass.

¾ oz Zaya Gran Reserva Rum

½ oz Pumpkin Cream or Coconut Mix

3 Pineapple Top Leaves

Pumpkin Spice
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, mix all of the ingredients together with ice and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds.

Pour contents into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with three pineapple leaves and then sprinkle a bit of pumpkin spice on top.
