Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Then fill with ice. Put on the lid and shake until cold.
Strain the concoction into a lowball glass.
If you'd like, feel free to garnish it with freshly grated nutmeg on top with a star anise.
In a pitcher, combine 2 1/2 cups of whole milk, 2 cups of Rebecca Creek Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, 1/2 cup of simple syrup, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
Give it a good stir and then pour over ice into lowball glasses.
